Welcome to the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia Sydney Branch, Australia's peak body for sporting shooters.

With over 24,000 members, we are not only the largest, but the most diverse shooting organisation in the state. We have 6 ranges with excellent shooting facilities and range staff to make your shooting experience an enjoyable one.

The SSAA can help new shooters get involved in one of Australia's most challenging and exciting sports. Staff at our shooting ranges can help you through the membership process and conduct safety training to help you qualify for a firearms licence. Once you have been issued with your licence you are on the road to a pleasurable and rewarding sport.

Whether your interest is hunting, collecting, or target shooting - pistols, rifles or shotguns, the SSAA can help you.
